About this Car Salesperson opportunity in Broadstairs, Thanet:
- Starting as a Trainee Salesperson, you will immerse yourself in an estimated 6 month intensive training programme.
- This training schedule will lead you directly into a car salesperson role at the dealership afterwards, where the on-target earnings (OTE) exceed £30,000 per year.

- How to deliver the most enjoyable car buying experience, and the full customer journey
- How to deliver high standards and achieve results in line with The Dealership Of The Year
- Regulations within the industry, and how to sell compliantly

Car Salesperson shift pattern:
- Contracted 40-45 hours per week, with many 6-day weeks, including weekends and bank holidays
- Shifts Monday to Saturday are 09:00-18:00
- Eventually, you will be on a rolling rota that includes some Sundays, 10:00-16:00
