Tyre Fitter

Tyre Fitter urgently required in Whitstable and Faversham, Kent.

Our client is a busy family run tyre center with depots in Whitstable and Faversham, in Kent. They have a loyal customer base which they have built over the years, which is now continuing to grow.

They are looking to add another Tyre Fitter to their team for what they hope will be a long term career – many of their current team have worked at this depot for over a decade, staying around due to the family feel and friendly working environment. Your time will be split between both depots, so own transport is a must.

About this Tyre Fitter job opportunity:

• Fast fit Tyre fitting
• Tyre repairs
• Wheel balancing
• Making recommendations to customers on their tyre selections
• Delivering great customer service to build on an already existing loyal customer base

Tyre Fitter working pattern:

• Weekday shifts are 08:00-17:30
• Saturday shifts are 08:00-16:00
• 6 day working weeks are required

About you, the ideal Tyre Fitter:

• Own transport, able to easily work at either depot
• Previous tyre fitting experience with a reputable tyre centre
• Knowledge of main tyre brands and the benefits they offer to the customer
• Wheel balancing experience
• A desire to stay somewhere long term and build a career with a reputable tyre center
• Able to work fast whilst maintaining high quality
• Knowledge around most common repairs and able to recommend repairs or new tyres based on experience
