Martin Hobbs – Branch Manager
With over 20 years experience within Sales and client management. Martin has enjoyed and covered various roles within the Recruitment Industry in his 16 years experience. He is a highly focused Manager and ensures all of our clients’ needs and requirements are met. Martin joined J & J Recruitment in 2006, and has continued to help expand the business, he has gained great respect within the industry and clients alike. He is responsible for the daily running of our Herne Bay office, client management and gaining and sustaining new business.
Phil Lovelock – Transport Manager
With previous experience in the Transport Industry, Phil transferred his organisational skills to the Driver Recruitment sector first in 1998 and has become well renowned for his honest and steadfast approach with both employees and clients alike. Joining J&J Recruitment in 2010 he has enriched his knowledge and understanding to encompass all aspects of the recruitment business, including managing and processing weekly payroll and invoicing tasks, whilst maintaining a strong client and driver base on a day to day basis.
Melissa Shingler – Recruitment Consultant
Melissa joined J & J at the beginning of 2017 seeking a new challenge after spending three years in a sales environment within an IT company. In the short while she has been with us, Melissa has already built great relationships with our clients and members of staff, she achieves the best level of service for everyone that she works with. Driven by her motivation Melissa strives to continuously bring in new business for the company whilst maintaining current contracts and aims to work with lots of different clients in lots of different industries.
James Tomlinson - Recruitment Consultant
James comes from a Sales and Retail Management background, so really understands people and how the right people can drive a business forward. He brings this experience into recruitment, leading the Industrial, Commercial and Catering Temp Desks, as well as successfully recruiting outstanding candidates for permanent posts. Client care is always top of his agenda as he strives to deliver a fantastic and personal service. He also strives to bring on new business and grow the Agency, welcoming new clients to the agency and enjoying the new recruitment challenges that brings.
Jordan O'Neill - Recruitment Resourcer
Jordan is on the front line of the recruitment business. With previous experience in the Recruitment Industry, he knows exactly how to source the very best candidates for our clients. He gets to know the candidates and our agency staff, their talents and their motivations, so that he can make a considered and honest recommendation to both our clients and our candidates alike. Jordan is generally the first contact for all candidates, and adds a personal touch to the recruitment process at J&J Recruitment.
